InnoNova 2025, the thrilling 24-hour hackathon at AuroNova, brought together 31 teams from seven states to innovate and compete in AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, and more.
AuroNova 2025 was filled with energy, competition, and creativity. Among the many events, InnoNova 2025, the 24-hour hackathon, was the most exciting and challenging. Held at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology (SAIT), this non-stop coding competition pushed participants to their limits. Teams worked day and night to create real-world tech solutions while competing for top honors.
With 31 teams from seven states, the event brought together some of the brightest young minds. The goal was to solve real-world problems using technology in fields like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Healthcare Tech, and Smart Cities.
On 28 March 2025, InnoNova 2025 began with great enthusiasm. The event was officially inaugurated by Mr. Kinshuk Trivedi, Vice President of Sri Aurobindo Group of Institutes (SAGI). He delivered an inspiring speech on how technology is shaping the world and encouraged students to innovate.
Prof. Mayank Shrivastava, one of the key organizers, then explained the hackathon’s vision. He spoke about the importance of solving real-world challenges through AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, and sustainability.
The opening ceremony also featured talks by industry experts:
Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal (CXO, Impetus Technologies) spoke about innovation in coding and its role in solving global challenges.
Mr. Ambrish Kela (CEO, Scientech Technologies) discussed AI, IoT, and automation, urging students to align their skills with industry demands.
The event ended with a Vote of Thanks by Dr. Aaquil Bunglowala, Director of SAIT, who encouraged participants to push their limits and embrace technology.
At exactly 12:00 PM, the hackathon started. Laptops buzzed, fingers typed furiously, and teams brainstormed to create the best tech solutions. Mentors from top tech companies guided participants, providing feedback and technical support.
The hackathon themes were:
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Blockchain & Cybersecurity
Healthcare Tech Solutions
Sustainable Smart Cities
The atmosphere was intense yet inspiring. Some teams sketched ideas on whiteboards, while others coded relentlessly. As the night progressed, energy drinks and coffee became their best friends.
With only a few hours left, teams rushed to complete their projects. Debugging, testing, and refining their ideas, they worked tirelessly. The pressure was high, but so was the determination. By 12:00 PM on 29 March 2025, coding stopped, and teams prepared to present their solutions.
Each team showcased their projects to a panel of esteemed judges from academia and the tech industry. The projects were evaluated based on innovation, feasibility, and impact.
After careful evaluation, the winners were announced:
